We’re excited to introduce our new all-natural lip balms. $9 each – and free shipping too!!
Time to kick off the new year with a commitment to stay healthy and beautiful, inside and out. We polled the Truth Art Beauty team to come up with this list New Year’s resolutions:
1. Cooking at home
The problem with eating out is that you never quite know what you’re getting. Cooking at home is oftentimes healthier and more nutritious because you get to choose your exact ingredients and preparation. Keep it fun by inviting friends over for dinner parties. If you get others involved, you’re also more likely to stick to it!

2. Switching to all natural products
All my products are almost totally all-natural at this point, but I’ve still held on to some of my not-so-natural addictions (nail polish and self tanner – ack!). I’m going to start transitioning almost all of my other household products to all-natural this year, including cleaning products and soaps. I’m also going to start sending my dry cleaning out to an organic cleaners.

3. Reading more
Between work and sleep, I got almost no reading done last year. I definitely want to make it a priority this year. I’m going to subscribe to a book subscription service to help motivate me!
- Natalia

We just discovered Kusmi Teas and are loving the flavors and amazing packaging. We think these will make great stocking stuffers this season. You can find them on their website www.us.kusmitea.com.
The Question of Beauty
In such a visually crowded world, we often lose sight of our ‘inner beauty’. Outward beauty will always captivate but it’s important to recognize the impact of our presence and positivity on every relationship we have. It influences other’s first impressions of us and it impacts the way those closest to us feel. There is an opportunity to beautify the energy that resonates from us. Take a moment to consider how often you are truly at ease with yourself, without any underlying worry or tension.
We often create negative energy through negative thoughts, insecurity and outward confrontations in our resistance to what is. All we can do is accept the reality of a situation for what it is, as unfair as it may be, and take a rational action to change what we have control over, communicate feelings calmly or just let it go. It is part of our inner journey of beauty and others will inevitably be drawn closer as we continue on that path. Nothing good comes out of passive-aggressive behavior and low expectations. It permeates our energy and creates an aura others don’t want to be around. So, take some time this week to take care of your beauty on the inside too…
Halloween is fast approaching and we’re taking full advantage by trying out new Halloween treats in our Truth Art Beauty kitchen. Here are a few of our favorites so far!
